Create Magento xml. import extension for products from AVAD Baltic

We are looking for an experienced Magento developer who could create us an .xml import system from "AVAD BALTIC". xml documentation will be provided. Work must be done quickly and perfectly. If everything is ok, will be work for 5-6 more import systems. Requirements for the import: 1) Full backup has to be made before implementing the extension; 2) Website reach time has to be 99.99%. All problems have to be solved immediately. ; 3) Import has to start automatically each day at 22:00 (GMT +2) 4) All the information about created, updated product will have to placed in specified folder (logs); 5) Extensions must not cause any conflict situations with the currently used extensions; 6) The extensions must have an option to choose the category which has to be imported from supplier to our shops category. Moreover, each selected category has to have an option to chose which attribute sets will be used for that specific imported category (example will be shown) and price multiplier. (Supplier price*VAT*margin) 7) The extension has to create the products automatically and the products must have the following information: Product name, full description, short description, SKU, Status (if product is in the warehouse ENABLED, if the product is not in the warehouse, QNT--, DISABLED), url address in format of (productname_SKU), price, pictures, qnt and category. 8) When the products are being updated the following information has to be updated: qnt, price, pictures and description (if the product has attribute "product_description" with the label "NE", the description must not be updated).
