I need a forms Creator plugin for my wordpress site that will output my PDF forms that I can create and Change at anytime with no limit on the amount I make and customization by myself as far as the look of the page. I need to be able to make one on the fly and adjust the input that my users online will add to and then they submit and get the finished PDF. So I will need a form maker that will create the page with my chosen wording in the PDF , my client online will input his info hit submit and it combines my words with the user input to produce a beautiful PDF that the user can print out. I would prefer that the user can either Download or print right from the website...there choice.. I would also like to have control over how many one user can download if possible. contact me if you need more clarity.
