I need to create custom wordpress plugin for pop out email bar to collect visitors email, here how it works. It pops out on the top of the website. Its a bar, not form. With some text, enter email address box and click button to submit email. 1. Email can be exported in csv so they can upload to their email service provider. User can create multiple groups of subscribers. 2. Customize the bar (text color, etc) The bar size is 50px height 3. Save, edit, pause or delete the bar, export the plugin and upload to wordpress plugin. 4. User can create 5,10 or 15 bars depending on the package they choose from. There will be analytics, to see how many views each bar gets and conversion they make. 5. For free user, the bar will only appear 1/10 when visitors hit their website. For paid users, it will appear all the time. I appreciate suggestions. Please quote the price and turnaround time. I will get the job started once I found the right freelancer.
