Create code to track IP and visitors data of client websites to integrate with my systems API

**Background:** I am the CEO of ResponseiQ. My system currently turns emails into leads and assists businesses in contacting and recording the activity of the communications of these leads. In 2 weeks we start building an advanced Email Tracking Outlook Plug in. This plug in will use a tracking pixel to record all of the IP addresses that open the emails we send to the leads. We will assign each of these tracked IP addresses to the Lead's profile within ResponseiQ database. Using the possibly multiple IP Address data I then want my clients to know when these leads are visiting their websites by matching the IP addresses of the visitors to the database of leads and their multiple possible tracked IP Addresses in the ResponseiQ database. We will save the visitor activity in the Lead Notes and Activity, we will likely generate events/notifications to notify the users of the activity. **What I Need Developed:** I need a developer with experience in this area to help me provide code to my clients, so they can enter it in the header/footer of their websites, so I can track their websites follow visitor information: -IP addresses -Device -Location -Referring Site -Viewed Pages -Time on Site -Pages Visited, etc. With this data that you will help us collect my developers can work with you to match IP addresses and their activity in my system. They will build the event/notification side of the application. We have multiple clients, some with multiple sites, so we need to be able to give them snippets of code that is just applicable to them that we generate internally and with ease. You must have experience in doing this sort of work before. You will have access to our servers. You will be working underneath the instruction of myself and my head of development who is based in India but speaks 100% fluent English. You must also have strong English skills. You will need to demonstrate to me that you have the ability to be able to do this work and have done it before. I have found all of my long term development employees on Upwork. I will want this done in under 1 month but I am confident that this will be relatively easy if you have done it before as much of it will be the exact same.
