convert database php 4 class (mysql, var) to php 7 class (mysqli, public, private, protected)

I have used PHP 5 and PHP 7. I have came across the same issue. I have to first figure out where the changes need to be made and then make the code changes and test those changes. I have bid low as I am new here and I want to get started here.
