Project Description
Looking for an LPR software for a ENETERANCE / EXIT License Plate Recognition (LPR) system for gate control also without gate. We want to build a basic GUI that has
1.) video stream (RTSP or H264 or MJPEG)
2.) Captures the license plate when a vehicle approaches the gate or close to camera and does recognition.
3.) able to create white and black lists for car.
4.) API for data base in order to integrate to other third party software
5.) Reports the result of the matching (True/False) which will be forwarded to the gate controller.
6)Mobile App for IOS and Android
