ARKTROLLEY is an app that we have decided to leave for now and create an eCommerce website and a mobile responsive website. the app/store features local stores prices and items featured next to larger main stream retailers so that their items can be more competitive in the local market so that their local customers can shop with them. the website provides marketing, exposure and most importantly customers to the small business owners of Australia.
the entire back end is built, code-igniter db with pay-pal check out system all integrated we just need to finish turning the psd into a bootstrap and someone to make a desktop version of the site and a multi platform mobile responsive website ,
how the stores work:
a store can add their items and prices via a vendor portal and the users/consumers can search for items and can get results based on their current location or via post code so that they get results from the closest store.
the customers can make orders for pick up or delivery and pick up. all payments are processed through paypal.
once the pick up or delivery is made the status of the order is changed to completed or refunded etc.

2 types of stores,
#1 scrapped stores that take information such as prices, images, size and health facts. these stores don't sell items their prices are only on this website for price comparison.
#2 local vendors can enter their items through a web portal which is a paid subscription service that provides many stores with the ability to compare prices from local markets and give their local customers the products that they need.
we have the full design of the "app" and will need to make some small changes for this to work as a mobile website and desktop website.
the website will feature things such as product reviews, videos (youtube links), ratings, recipes, specials, location services, barcode scanning, user management, settings & registration, promotions,
there are workflows and existing apps that you can use as a reference.
#1 build all bootstraps from psd files
#2 connect desktop website to DB and add user functionality, shopping carts/lists and checkout
desktop items, store pages, checkout, orders, shopping cart, recipes, items, reviews, customer support, fb and google login need to be designed but are basically based on the app designs just larger.
#3 build mobile responsive version of website with same features of desktop version and finish all functionality.
#4 finalize project and make sure everything is functioning correctly.
*note psd designs and changes are likely to happen. we will not pay you for anything until the design is approved and functionality works.
* note that "jims butcher" is an example store so donot add their logo to the bootstrap
if you are able to complete this project there will be on going work.
this entire job will be paid in milestones only. please allow and negotiate with us for extras at a later stage.
