Hi, I am experienced in this field, check my profile for sure, I can do your project in vb.net to build an outlook addin to process your XML attachments for particular sender and generate PDF file. I need a XML sample and desired PDF format or "visual data arrange". I will send you an installer for outlook addin, addins show as new menus (ribbons) in outlook.
