Change Media Player on website

Ready to Hire: - Please note the rate available for this job - looking for quick competitive quotes, not a large job just a few necessary changes Need work done for the media player to be upgraded to a html5-js version to play both audio and video. I currently have an old JW Player, there will be the opportunity for ongoing work on other areas of the site. I am open to suggestions on the better player to use as long as it is fit for purpose Current site: - Custom built cms Written in PHP, Mysql and Javascript Functionality: *User uploads audio or video directly onto our server Admin approves the upload *Add a notification to alert the user of the time it will take to complete the upload *Social redirect link to be generated on upload to allow sharing/copy url for the playlist or a track e.g. ://site-foo/user-name/media/trackurl *Playlist should have a track list preview *Fully bootsrap responsive for flexible viewing *Site visitors and admin can save any track link to build their own temporary playlist to share e.g. ://site-foo/media/playlist/playlisturl *Each track to have a title, description and category tags and ID3 Metadata tags to ensure search indexing *Track Search page where tracks are listed by category tags and can be found by Users/Visitors/Admin *Track embedding on home website and also other external sites *Admin can masterlock a media file from being deleted *Each User's Media has a URL to the page a visitor can view just their media content *Any playlist is reusable across the website for content management purposes, a list of all playlists and their creators should be available to search/view Pre-requisites: *Must be lightweight *User friendly *Free and open source without licencing restrictions *Switch between audio and video playing with the option to run some homesite ads and preferably to play some suggested/matched content *Must be able to handle the majority of popular file types (media support - multi-codec) *Player must play across all mediums - phones, tablets, computers (cross-browser and cross-platform) *Skin/watermark layer for player with preference for css and html customising *Users upload and Admin can upload or stream from youtube/vimeo (possibly - facebook) *Prefer an opensource player Please Advise: *Happy to take general best practice and efficiency advice for the developer engaged * User uploads audio or video directly onto our server (or user uploads to a delivery server (temporary store) before being approved by Admin to be moved to the assets server) * Advise on the best way for the media file source to be protected from direct access (If possible) * Would prefer to have a caching solution to serving the media rather than a direct server request every time a visitor plays
