calendar report from WP site -- 2

We own a rent a car site and we are using wordpress with woocommerce orders, and our theme is Ireca

Even though the theme is very nice, its reporting services about reservations are extremely poor. So we need some help what to do in order to export the reservations from our website in a calendar look like report having all our vehicles. Something like attachment Capture_motoadamas1.jpg.

We have found some excel that do that job like attachment [login to view URL], and we can export our woocommerce orders with their metadata, but we cannot edit/customize the excel file in order to function properly.

Except of that method (using the excel), maybe there is another method to have our availability calendar, from wordpress directly to a report. I am not sure, that's why I am asking here.
