CakePHP App - Need md5 passwords salted with RSA keys

I have a CakePHP application (CakePHP 2.x) that I need the md5 user account passwords modified to be md5 + a salt, The salt should be based on RSA keys that I can provide (a public and private key) via .txt file or something of that nature Basically the application that the CakePHP app connects to now uses RSA keys to salt the passwords in C# and thus the CakePHP app itself needs to be updated to use the same RSA keys so that it can decrypt and encrypt the user passwords with the RSA keys I believe this could be implemented by using the RSA function of the CakePHP Plugin [login to view URL] The project is currently setup on a private repository and you will be required to make the changes/updates in a new development branch with commits Contact me for more information or if you have any questions
