Build a Website

I need a website that will be a simple online pdf compressor to reduce the size of uploaded PDFs and maintain good quality. You can see examples of these sites by searching for "pdf compressor" in Google. It will not require any user registration, just a simple upload and download. - Must support drag and drop of files into an online form/box. - Must support multiple file upload/conversion (i.e. more than one file at a time) I will install the core of this website on my linux (centos) dedicated server. This core needs to be called from a remote server on shared hosting. So the conversion will take place on my server, but the actual website interfacing with the user will be on a shared hosting platform. If you intend on using a library/component/suite that needs to be installed on my server, pls indicate so in your bid. Thank you for your time.
