We need an solution to display a historical sea route and sea war scene on touchscreen. Please see attached pictures to get a clue. The application should be built using any following techniques: * HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap. * MySQL should be used to store data. For example coordinates and texts. * Open Streetmap should be used for map layer. * All graphics and icons should be done using svg graphics. * The application should work well on Google Chrome. IE is not important. More specs: * The base layer should be a map. The map can be zoomed in but it cant leave fixed boundaries when zoomed out. * The user can click on a specific coordinate and read text about it. * The screens will we 1920X1080px, but the app should be built responsive. * The application can be built with fake data and coordinates. All texts should be lorem ipsum. * All text strings should be translatable to three languages. * There is a timeline which displays the route in a slow pace. The user can stop the timeline or move it towards desired date. By default it slowly unfolds the route. * The code should be well commented in English. We need base functionality from you. We will make final changes ourselves. * We need this base functionality ASAP or by 05th of September 2018 latest. The sooner, the better. * We will provide necessary icons and graphics when we have agreed on the terms. I truly hope you have the expertise to help us with this kind of solution.
