Build a tool to import jobs

I need to import some jobs to populate my website, a small job board, build on WordPress. The jobs imported should be displayed on a page of my website. After clicking on the job description, the customer must be redirected to the source of the job, so to the organization that is hiring. The main functions/tasks for this service are below, but you are free to choose another way to populate and display the jobs. First, the scrapping data may use PHP script using laravel framework and it will run using Cron job on the server not pc program so it will run every min to fetch new jobs. Then, After scrap jobs it will be saved in the database on the server and make WordPress website to display these jobs for users Finally, when the user open job details, it will open a new page that displays job details and there is an Apply button that will redirect user to Job original website ( organization
