Build a Program that exports an inputted text to .txt, .csv, .json, etc.

Hello, I am looking for an experienced software developer to create a program that will take user information such as: First Name, Last Name, Address, Zip Code, City, State, etc. and export it to various different types of .txt, .csv, .json, etc. files. The program would have to be integrated into a usable User Interface that I've already almost fully designed myself. The program would also need to work off of an activation key that would be sent out upon purchase of the program by customers (Would need software included to create and manage activation keys at my own pleasing). This developer would receive initial compensation for creating the program and making sure that all other requirements for it are met. Then, if we are exceedingly satisfied with the program and how it works, we would offer a small royalty (as the program won't be sold for much) for every sale we make to the developer, collected as a payout once a month for the portion of the sales of that month if requested.
