Bootstrap Laravel Website Update | Add Features / Improve Script & Layout

I have copied my sites script to a separate hosting for a freelancer to work on. When you have made changes to the copy site I will need instructions to make the changes to my site. The job includes: Adding a "show more" button to service description list Updating / modernizing our order page and adding some features Updating / modernizing our support ticket page, adding drop-down menu for customer to choose options Adding option to sort by new messages for admins support ticket page Updating our FAQ page, giving the option for clickable questions to reveal the answer Currently prices are listed per 1000 for all items. I need the option to change SOME products to show per 1 unit and others per 10, 1000 etc SOME services must only accept certain increments of quantity such as 10X or 1000X, if customer enters wrong increment such as 1022 it should give a message stating the error. (I should be able to make these changes to some products while excluding others, in the admin where you add / modify products.) Updating / modernizing our add payment page Updating Stripe payment option to 2fa I would also like the freelancer to help optimize the site, find and fix problems with the script to help the site run faster if possible. The freelancer should be able to help me improve the layout and make it look more visually pleasing. I will be happy to show visual examples of my requests using other sites as examples or using photoshop to give example of layout etc. The freelancer should be able to handle the project, and have experience in php, css, javascript etc, and maybe have experience with balance based panels with admin / user view.
