Asterisk Dialplan Play Pass call & Play IVR

Right now i m useing this extensions but the prob is when start ivr its take 5 Second to complite play IVR then call start prossing.1..2...3...4..5....its take 5Second....then go to Ringing totall 10 Second PDD i need solution Like at a time play IVR and prossing call then i can save 5 secend like START IVR at a time start call prossing when IVR finish start ringing .....
