amember.com import of xml file for banning of ips and emails

In the admin cp of the amember panel, there is a place to ban ips, emails and names. The php file that controls this is very small and there is no way to import well known spam ips or emails. I want to be able to have a tap at top, that says "import" and when you click it you have the option to upload a txt or xml file to add well knows ips and emails to ban. This would be great if can be done as a plugin, so users of amember can just add plugin to folder and install i`m guessing needs to be able to import to a mysql and show the out put in the grids as it does on the software
