Addition to previous project

I need the following added: 1) upload of CSV file based on structure of file sent 2) link in DB the domain name of uploaded CSV list to that of existing matched domains (IF they can be linked) 3) if linked then use email format in matched DB to generate mail and connect to mail validation to check if valid (first option) 4) If mail check is valid then stop and save results to DB 5) if in 3) mail is invalid then perform permutations and stop at 50. Check each permutation for validity and store all results in DB 6) if in 5) a result is valid then add it to the matched section in DB 7) if in 2) above they cannot be linked to existing DB results then we will use the top 10 most used permutations to generate email and check for validity. If there's a match with email validation then we save results. If not match then we do 50 additional permutations and check for validity. We store all results in DB MAX BID: $30
