Add dynamic page and blog theme to existing WP site

Skills required: Wordpress | SQL | PHP | CSS Website Design The site has been designed with a minimalist goal in mind. In the same spirit as when opening an iPhone or using Google, our web site functionality should be simple and intuitive. Scope of Work 1a) We need a dynamic PHP page created to take entries from our database [450x600 picture, Title, Neighborhood, House Details, Text Info Block], format and generate a page once a house is selected. This query will also populate the picture tile used to select the house. If this entry is deactivated, the webpage should be archived [we will use the information later]. 1b) Another page will be created to take similar entries from our database [450x600 picture, Title, Event Details, Text Info Block], format and generate a page once an event is selected. Similarly, this entry will populate the picture tile used to select the event and if this entry is deactivated, the webpage should be archived. 2) We are interested in using the following theme for our blog: [login to view URL] . We need a developer to customize the theme to our corporate branding [color, style, font, etc]. 3) Simple CSS and PHP to finalize the look of the site. !!! Expectations !!!
