Integrate facebook lead ads with sendy autoresponder

I need to add every facebook lead ad to my list. I would need either a script that I can run every minute via cron job, or a webhook on facebook that will submit every new lead to my autoresponder list. Whichever option is easier to set up is fine. I can subscribe to my autoresponder via post html or php script. See attached example files. Should be fairly straightforward to setup for anyone experienced with this kind of stuff. Looking for someone who knows exactly what needs to be accomplished here. Need it done in 1 day ideally. You will need to work in your own environment, as I will not be providing you access to my webserver or giving you my api keys. I will be testing the script myself once it is finished.
