Edits to template on front page of website - READ FULLY BEFORE BIDDING

Please read fully before bidding, I wont accept any bids if you haven't read the whole description. I need someone who knows exactly what they are doing, to fix the front page of a website. I have had two people working on it and it's still not right. You need to be proficient in writing custom CSS to make changes to an existing Wordpress template. It's a simple job for someone who knows what they are doing. Most of the work has been done, the previous person was unable to finish in the desired time so the project is left unfinished. See the attachments before you bid so you know exactly what is required. You need to have excellent WordPress skills and an EYE FOR DESIGN AND LAYOUT, and a portfolio of work that you have done, plus good reviews. The website is in a separate folder to the existing website so you must not do anything that will change the original website.
