Disclaimer with questions for Joomla; based on questions access to pages may be restricted

We need an offer for a disclaimer function for a financial website which is based on latest Joomla version. - The disclaimer system should only work on a few Joomla pages. - it should also work on multilanguage system (DE and EN language) - If the visitor visits one of these pages the first time or a second time xxx hours after the last visit he needs to answer some questions. - If he answered the questions or visits the page in the next xxx hours after the last visit he should not see the questions again. - based on the answer the visitor may only see specific pages (out of these few pages) - if he is not allowed to see a page based on the answer he should get a message and then should be redirected to a specified page. The following questions should be asked: - if visitor is a private investor from country xx or from other countries or if visitor is a qualified investor - if the visitor selects «private investor from xx» show disclaimer text "private investor" to accept and save the answer for the next xxx hours - if the visitor selects «private investor from other countries» save the answer for the next xxx hours - if the visitor selects «qualified investor» show disclaimer text "qualified investor" to accept and save the answer for the next xxx hours I hope this is clear - otherwise please aks
