Develop software based on Viber API

The purpose of the software is to check if the phone number from a list provided has Viber on it or not. -The software must be based on Viber API. -The app will get the path to a text file or directory of files that would have a list of numbers that need to be checked. Each each line will include a phone number, in each set file there would be 100000 lines with numbers. - The app will access Viber, and for each phone number, will check if that number is in the Viber database. - The results of the check will be recorded in an output CSV file. This file will include two columns, original one including a phone number, and the other the Viber search results. - The number of phone numbers to be checked is 100000-500000 per day.
