Customizing 'Fancy Product Designer' - HTML5 Wordpress/Woocommerce Plugin

We are looking for a jQuery/HTML5/PHP expert for customization of 'Fancy Product Designer’ the Woocommerce Plugin. What has to be done? Change the User Interface to Have OPtions to edit the elements and layers of the custom design within the toolbox and not as a element pop up on the design. We did this before with an older version and would like to redo on the latest updated edition of Fancy Product Designer. Please review below of how we would like it to function and the way it is laid out now...
