Customize a wordpress website

I already have a wordpress theme set to my domain, I would like you to make it fully operational and ready for my site to launch. It needs to look professional and you need to be proud of the work. The last freelancers I worked with left the site 2nd tier if not worse, I need it to be a brilliant site, so please include 3 links to your previous work. Tasks that need to be done are: 1. Change website into 1 page scroller so that links just bring you further down the page. 2. Make the landing page load faster (It seems to take forever to load when I search it ???) Im pretty sure there are some add ons ect that you can use.. 3. Add in about us section (I will be writing this over the weekend) 4. Change the testimonial seciton so that there is a small photo in a circle above the testimonial (I have an example) 5. Update locations at the bottom of my page 6. Add FAQ section (not part of 1 page scroller). 7. add money back guarantee sticker onto top right of page, and also with the \"services\" heading (I will attach a screenshot with location) The last two steps are the most important to me; 8. Set up email for me, I have paid my hosting site to have my email looking professional but I have no idea how to actually get it up and running, and connected to my website so when customers fill out my \"contact us\" section, that email gets sent off to me. 9. Set up order now section so its fully functional, I will leave this part up to your expertise.. I\'ve set up a freshbooks account, not sure if I should use swipe or freshbooks, what do you think? I\'m trying to find a order now section on other pages that we can reverse engineer. This needs to be set up so that if a customer lands on my site and decides to purchase a resume they can do so then and there and payment will be sent through to me. Budget for this project will be $50-150 AUD There will be an opportunity for further ongoing work starting Mid- February, so treat this like a trial and a test to see if we fit together! (These jobs will be much larger, consistant start to finish website design, along with search engine optimisation.)
