Customize an existing Wordpress website

Dear Freelander,
I currently have a website which can be located at www.edutech100.com.
I require the blog section of my website to be revamped.
In short, I require
1) The home page section of the blog to feature three blog entries, which it currently has. When the user clicks on one of the three entries it directs the user to that blog entry.
2) When the user clicks 'SEE ALL' on the homepage of the blog section it takes the user to an area that looks like this.... [url removed, login to view] There should be atotal of 100 of these 'Poloroid' looking boxes, some of which may feature a video, some a photo, some a slider.
3) When any of the 100 Poloroid looing boxes are clicked, the user is directed to a page that looks similar to this.....[url removed, login to view] On this page, I should be able to adapt the text, video etc easily and be able to add files that users can download. I have Motopress that may make this easier?
4) Ideally, I'm looking for a clean, crisp and non-cluttered look.
