Customising JA Magz2 - a JoomlArt Template

Hello, ---- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before making any bid. ----- I have a JoomlArt template and I would like someone to customise it so it is similar to this old Guardian website template. The title of the MAIN article is UNDER the article's picture; the titles of the other articles on the homepage should be on TOP of the picture (placed on the left) and the intro text on the right. Other related articles should have bullet points, just as on the Guardian. The menu system and the different positions should be adopted too. Allow comments to appear on the homepage (similar to Guardian website). When visitors click on an article to read it, the layout must be similar to that of the Guardian website. Ideally, I should have module positions rather than writing code in the PHP. Lighter website with quick loading. Compatibility with mobile devices is a must. ALTERNATIVELY, If it's easier to create a new template, I am open to suggestions, depending on my tight budget. Any modification should take into account compatibility with future Joomla! updates. The ideal partner should be very familiar with JA templates and extensions as there is a possibility to work on other projects involving JA templates. Thank you.
