I have an installation of OS Ticket version 1.9.12 ([login to view URL]) and we need to add some features to it, so we are looking for someone with experience in this software that may help us do this work.
Please let me know the price and timing for each one separately:
1. When exporting tickets to CSV, add to the CSV file these fields: company and one custom field I added to the customer information form (/scp/[login to view URL]) . And please give me instructions on how can I add more fields in case I need that in the future.
2. Add these columns to tickets view (/scp/[login to view URL] ) :
- Customer company
- Customer ID (This is one additional field I added to form (/scp/[login to view URL])
- Help topic
- Status
And please give me instructions on how can I add more columns in case I need that in the future.
3. We are using several OS Ticket help topics, some of them with different custom forms. We need admin/agents to be able to export to CSV files the tickets for each help topic including all the custom fields of its forms.
4. Allow admin to create/import agents in bulk from a csv file.
5. This one is optional. I don’t know if it is possible. Allow agents to login at the front end as users with the same agent password. Probably make than when creating an agent, make a copy of him to the user table? If this is not possible, please let me know in your bid.

Hi, OS Ticket modifications will be provided with clean and well documented code and agents login feature with userform(common) will be added with slight changes (in db also), all the changes will be provided in 1 to 2 days(we will try to deliver in a day but sometimes it may take time).
