Custom K2 content module template

I need a custom K2 content module template (see screenshot attached).
The template must display:
- K2 article image on the left
- K2 article rating below the image (I use JlexRating component for ratings)
- 2 buttons on the right hand side where the button texts comes from K2 Article Extra field "Link Text" and the button hyperlinks comes from K2 Article Extra field "URL"
Other requirements:
- Display must be responsive
- Must be compatible with multilanguage website
- Other K2 content module template functionalities should remain
