Custom Functionality for Wordpress Site

My client requires some extra functionality to be added to their Wordpress website. They run a paid membership site where members are able to read the financial news blog and are also emailed a PDF newsletter regularly. They require the following functionality: 1. Adding extra category to articles. Each article is categorised by 1 country, 1 industry and 1 region. We want to display 2 category tags in the home-page article list (see attached). We want one category tag to be a Country, and the other one to be a Industry and they have already been added in the post-category section as the parent & child. In this theme, we use the module called the "BLOCK" to create those lists and by default, there's only 1 category tag that appears and the theme doesn't support the multiple tags. We need it to look like the attached image. 2. Filterable search (see attached). Text-box, 3 Drop-down category filters - Country, Industry and Region. Ideally, if you can recommend an existing plugin would be amazing as this section has the lowest priority for us. Also, the less custom code, the better as we cannot let this site get hacked. 3. Member page (See attached). We have a paid membership & a free trial member. In the member admin page, we have 1) Custom news feed, 2) Saved articles and 3) Browsing history so the member can archive their activities. These functionalities are based on their existing site they have which I can give you access to. We need it to have same functions as what you see on that site. Custom news, Saved articles and Browsing history. Custom News feed- needs to have 5 Custom News Rooms. Each news room, you can select various categories and save settings. So in News Room 1, you can select categories like Technology, UK, Finland and Germany etc and Save. So only articles with these categories will show in News Room 1. 4. Restricted Content. Most of the posts are paid articles (you have to be member to read full article) and there'll be a few free articles in each month for Non-member viewing. In these Paid articles, Non-member can only see the limited text in the article post. See attached image. Please let me know how much and how long you think it will take to complete this work.
