This is an existing (old)PHP+MySQL website with online catalog, and need to recode, rebuild to make it work with PHP5/6 + MySQLi, and mobile responsive. Design/Coding Requirement : * To be mobile responsive, perfectly work on PC, Mobile & Tablet * Custom design and develop, DO NOT want any free CMS (wordpress, joomla, drupal, etc.) * Administrative control panel (mobile responsive NOT Required) * Must be coded in PHP + MySQLi (not MySQL, which deprecated since PHP5.5) see : [login to view URL] Site Features : * Main page with Featured Products (8-16 items) and promotion banner (2-4 square banner) * Product catalog, with add to cart function, and finally check out as Quotation Request * Final check out as quotation request will be NO Payment, NO payment gateway setup. * Visitor request just need to fill in several details, NO password NO account creating process * Visitor request will record in database for admin review, and email send to admin CC copy visitor also Admin Control Panel Features : * Secure login with capcha and auto blacklist IP for more than 10 failed login in same day for same IP * To manage product category : add/edit/delete and arrange category listing sequence * To manage product : add/edit/delete and duplicate same item for easy creating new item * To upload promotion banner, min 2 max4 * To upload featured products (main page), min 4 max 16 * To view all quotation request and visitors info history Budget around $300-500, to be complete in 30-days time period.
