Hello, I can create section in WP admin area, called "Floated Buttons", there you can create one or more buttons. Button created will have field to define Label, Post Categories(for which button is active) and default URL(which will be used for posts for which custom URL is not defined) Then in each post edit screen, you will be able to define button URL for that specific post.
