HI we can use a jquery carousel plugin together with php script which reads the database and gets the text, images so we can place on the slider as each slide. We would need to adjust the slider styles according to your site layout and this would need 3 days max to complete. And for the image download from a server we can make it another php script which is capable of sync the data (images, text to your server) everyday to server so you dont have to pay for a labor but one time fee for sync script. thank you
