Create an iPhone application, Android application and Mobile Website

Create a mobile app for Ios, android and mobile web where a user can rate vendors particularly for a wedding. The user will be able to find a vendor by category or business name in a particular address. Once a vendor is found, the user can add them to their favorites, read the review on the vendor or write a review on the vendor. Please see the attached pictures of what the app may look like or review the wedding wire with focus on Finding a vendor Please note that there will be a front end and a back end. A user can add vendors on the front end. The back end will be used to moderate whatever is showing on the front end.
