Create a Wordpress plugin: Facebook Like box --- repost

I am looking for someone to create a Wordpress plugin that will show a Facebook Like button at the top of a website, with additional features listed below, which will allow the user to quickly Like the Facebook fanpage. Feature highlights include:: * a Facebook Like box at the top of the site. * Like box will "follow" the user as they scroll down the page. * hides itself automatically after user is clicking the Like Button * must be mobile responsive - it must not intrude on mobile site user friendliness. * Like box will have a subtle visual effects to divert the attention of the user to click it. * Examples are included in the attached PDF. * there will be a number of admin options to add which are detailed in the attached PDF * important to note that there will be an admin option to set a Facebook app ID so that it can be easily used on different domains If you bid on this project, I need you to answer the following questions within your bid: * will you be available for bug fixes and future updates? * what is your estimated time for completion of this project? * why do you think you’re qualified for this job? * are you willing to post updates on your progress at least 3 times per week and upon request? ***You will be required to post the updates on my project management software which you will be given access to.
