Create a WordPress project booking form

Hello, I need a WordPress plugin that can be used to book appointments for projectbriefings. In the backend there needs to be the option to create a project and add different roles (speaker, moderator, technican) to this project. For each role multiple timeslots for meetings can be set. These consist of a location, date, and period of time. (It's possible to have multiple meetings at the same time and location) In the frontend users can open a special projectspecific URL where they have to select a location from a dropdown. Only locations of slots for this project are shown. Based on the selected location they have to select the role. After that, they see a list of all unbooked appointments. They can select one or more via a checkbox and hit a "book" button. They have to enter there details (name, email, company, cellphone). Then they get an email with the details of the booked appointsments. In the backend there's a projectbased list where all appointments can be seen and printed. First, the admin has to select the project, then the location and then he sees a list of all roles time and date a meeting is, including the details of the person who booked the appointment. (name, email, company, cellphone).
