Create Ticketing Website Like Eventbrite.com or SplashThat.com

I need to create a website that that allows users to add events & sell tickets to those events like [login to view URL] or SplashThat.com. But I would like for the website design to be like my current website [login to view URL] so if this site which is running on wordpress can be converted into HTML5 and the ticketing system is added the that will be wonderful. I would also want it so that users can have their own merchant account to collect the ticket value and we collect the service fees. Here's Somethings I Need Added 1. Yes I would like to sell tickets via [login to view URL] and charge an 10% - 13% service fee on each ticket. 2. I would like [login to view URL] to be completely released of any charge-back liability by allowing the Promoters to receive all of their funds through a merchant account using split playment, where they receive their ticket face value amount and we receive our service fees. ([login to view URL] Eats CC Processing Fees) 3. We are only catering to one market, the Urban Nightlife Market. 4. We will have seo pages that will rank for each city (City Guide) 5. We will sell banner ads for events listed on their cities page 6. I would like to implement some sort of affiliate platform that will generate more revenue from ticket sales. For Instance: instead of selling email blasts/campaigns we offer them for free, but we use our own link with a 14 day cookie tracking and receive an percentage of the tickets value + service fees for that particular event. And that email will go out to everyone that has ever purchased a ticket from any event, thrown by any promoter in that city.
