Create Social media section for website

I'm looking to add my own social community like Facebook to my website. I'm looking to add a tab at the top of the page called "Friends Space" This is going to be the name of my own social media site. I need this to allow people to sign up, create a profile and share status updates (Just like you can o on Facebook) I also want the ability to add group that members can create. I wish members to add friends, Comment on posts, Like and share (Just like Facebook does) I also want to add live chat room where members can talk to other members in a chat room My website is www.psychicinsight.co.uk. I just want my own Facebook like site within my site but with a fully loaded live chat built in.
