Crawl Pages of 5 e-commerce sites in India

I have done some similar works before, where I usually use some already developed API and set them up with a PHP code that can be run everyday as a cron job. The data could be either extracted to a csv file, or upload to a DB like MySQL or something like that, depending on your needs.
