Convert a Website design into a Wordpress theme

Hi I want a Wordpress theme for a movie and tv series (database) site. The functions should be that I can add movies and tv series as custom posts (I mean in a separate section in the backend). I'd like to have the exact design as on this site (I own the script but it is not Wordpress): [login to view URL] For the movie database you could use this wordpress pugin if you like: [login to view URL] I like the functionality and that I can click on the actors or directors name and see the films they were in or they directed. I also like to have the option to add an episode guide to every tv series like on the page above I posted as design sample. I also use the plugin CustomPress so you could use this for doing the job. It is important, of course, that the theme is fast (well structured) so that the side loads as quickly as possible. Because the site is on German I'd like to grab the film and tv series data from this site: [login to view URL] The OFDB Gateway XML / JSON interface is described at: [login to view URL] Alternatively the movie and tv infos could be grabbed from [login to view URL] But I need a function that it just grabs entries in German not in English! Also I need (this is very important to me) that I can add a Copyright text to every picture. The copyright text should be appear under the image in the right corner (small). So if the infos from the databases are collected it should be automatically grab the name of the film studio which did the movie or tv series and add it as copyright text. Of course it should be also possible to add movies and tv series manually. The theme has to be responsive and SEO optimized. What I don't need (as in the design reference shown): Disqus comments. I just need the normal comment function of Wordpress. Also do not need the ratings of IMDB and Open Movie Database. But what I need is the review function in the comment section.
