Convert PHPNuke block into Joomla Module

Your job is to recreate a phpnuke block in joomla 3.x (module). The new module should be standalone installable from the extensions manager , independent and of course responsive. The Displayed text needs to have a language file so it can be switched to another language. Its enough to provide the module in English and Bosnian.
