We currently have a form in PDF format that needs to be edited in Word. Once the form is edited, we need to create a web form using Google Docs where we can populate the form and have the saved PDF pushed to our MyCase Case Management System ([login to view URL]) where the document can be associated with a My Case file and stored within the documents folder for that file.
We anticipate 5-6 hours of programming needed for an experienced programmer.

Hi, can help. The form must have the same design or just the same fields. You need save data into google spreadsheets or just create pdf?
