Functional Requirements (Part 1) You will build the functionalities required in Assignment based on the webpages that I will give you . In Part 1 of Assignment , you are required to develop database tables, PHP scripts and webpages to implement the following functions.  Database design: Database tables need to be designed and implemented in a MySQL database to store the information collected from the HTML webpage forms that I developed  Form handling: PHP scripts need to be written to handle the process of storing webpages form data to the corresponding tables in the database. The PHP scripts are invoked by the “submit” button of the forms developed in Assignment 3.  User login (tenant and owners): A login page is provided for the users to identify themselves with the system. Users’ identity is then used to retrive owners’ listed property and tenant selection criteria, or tenants’ profile and preference information. After login, the following information should be provided to the user through a webpage: 1) For owners: listed property and tenant selection criteria. 2) For tenants: profile and preference information. This information will also serve as the input of the two-sided ranking and matching algorithms Functional Requirements (Part 2) In Part 2, you are asked to implement a two-sided matching algorithm which can match owners with tenants in the database. You may implement the standard two-sided matching algorithm may also expand the algorithm to accommodate your specific needs in your design of the rental housing market.  Matching (tenant and owners): After user login, along with other information required in “User login” section of Part 1, the user should also be provided with a “Matching” button. Clicking the button will bring matching results to the user: 1) For an owner: the matched tenant along with their profile and contact information. 2) For a tenant: the matched owner/property along with the owner’s contact information.
