Configure Zapier to make http post to 3rd party API

Goal: configure Zapier to send data from a spreadsheet via http post to another API ([login to view URL]). This can be done with a Zapier Webhook or the Zapier Code. I don`t really care. Attached is the API documentation of the service that will receive the http post. The service ist for sending SMS, Postcard, Letter. Im only interested in 1. Sending Letters as PDF (http post, not SMTP!) 2. Sending Postcards with 2 pictures.
