Complete this function (PHP - javascript - jquery)

Hola! Easy if you know how, but my brain is full and I need an extra pair of hands for 60 mins of coding, if that. In a nutshell - finish the half written function in the attached file. It should return a string of javascript that can go into the on* event handler for a checkbox or select field. It gets passed a pipe delimited string of values, and a pipe delimited list of IDs (of divs) to show if one of the values matches. If there's no match, it should hide all the IDs AND... here's the minor complication - reset all child form elements inside the hidden div to what they were when the page was built (i.e. to their original value, selected element or check status) Naturally you'll want to create a separate javascript function to keep things tidy. That's it.
