Hi there, Our company is looking for a highly qualified programmer/team to develop a complete business solution to stream line a service based business and replace paper/manual processes with online/digital processes. This is a long term project and will involve both PC and mobile app development. This will initially involve understanding the business, how it operates and the current processes to then implement the solution effectively. The software solution is difficult and complex and by no means should be underestimated. The project is significantly large, and details cannot be posted here. Applicants will be contacted for a Skype/online call to discuss details. Programmers/teams with the following skills only need to apply: 1. Speaks and understands English very well (highly important) 2. Has good software development habits e.g. Version control 3. Not a manager for a team of programmers, but we deal with the programmer/head programmer directly. 4. Strong ability to think outside the box, to be able to look at the existing method of how things are done, and how to improve/streamline the processes through software development 5. Provides suggestions, and does not just do what is told, but can take an idea and make it better. 6. Will not try to grab an off the shelf product and make it work for our business. To whom it may concern, we are interested in this project since we already have managed such projects. Some of them were: 1.) A real estate management application for a municipality including implementing and optimizing workflow process and document management of the real estates including GIS. 2.) A document management web application with a drop box kind of file sharing. And at the moment we are developing a service management web-application for a company which services analyzers worldwide and a stock exchange webapp connected to the Interactive Brokers API.
