Cloud App, Veyifying User login details from forum Data base, Pulling required Info from data base, Giving user Access to Improvements according to Subscription, Then Using Fiddler core via server to do File mapping/swapping according to subscription...cl

We need someone to create a simple App, that a client can use...on opening the app on his pc, the app will require the users login info, which gets send thru to our forum in an encrypted form for verification...if not a user...sends them to registration page, if they are a valid user, id pulls their subscription data from server, subscription data consist of...not paid...Premium , Casual, Admin, Other ...and also game id's allowed for that user...then, acording to subscription the app must then link the different subscriptions to different swf files thats kept on our server, and use Fiddler Core to inject//remap them, so they are used for game enhancements....also, the app must check game ids that can be obtained on loading of the game, in hex values, if its an incorect id thats loaded, the app must just abort.
