Hello - I'm looking for a developer to help me with a CiviCRM task. Basically:
1. Guest fills out a Webform that creates a new contact
2. Administrator goes in and "approves" or "declines" the referral. This is currently a custom field with the dropdown options.
3. If approved -- a case will be created where the administrator puts the start date and assigned a relationship to another user. If declined, the administrator must answer the next question why it was declined.
I would like to make the workflow easy for the administrator (e.g., when accepting/declining the referral, the accept/decline fields are conditional.
Also, I am interested in using TeamViewer to see the setup process.
