A website built to collect and publish pictures.
Start page with gallery of uploaded pictures
Picture page
Users can create an account (User must enter name and location) and upload pictures. Other users can also rate the pictures (1-5 stars).
Name and location (location from geo-location) must be shown next to each picture. Geo-location must also be collected with HTML5 geolocation-function and shown next to each picture.
The webiste must be "Mobile first". Pictures are viewed and uploaded from mobile devices too.
Must be responsive design.

Login for admin
Admin must be able to decide if the pictures should be auto-published to the website or if an admin has to approve the picture(s) before they are published.
Preview of uploaded pictures where the admin can approve the picture to be published.
Admin must be able to edit the picture data.
